Postage / Shipping Information

Australia.

Goods are sent via Startrack Express to all locations in Australia except the Northern Territory - goods to the NT are sent via Australia Post - Express Post.

Parcels sent via Startrack Express are trackable and must be signed for at delivery - therefore you must give us an actual delivery address - no PO Box accepted.

Postage is added automatically to your order and will appear at the Confirmation Page (the page after Checkout page)

International

We will only deliver to certain countries which are listed in the drop down box on the check out page. You can choose between Airmail or Express Post International.

Postage is calculated by weight and determined by Australia Post. Once you choose your option the postage charge will appear at the Confirmation Page.

If you require that your goods have a tracking number then you must choose Express Post International. We cannot be held responsible for goods getting lost if they sent via Airmail.
