Do you ship Internationally?
Yes - we do - to selected countries which are listed in the drop down boxes on the checkout page.
What currency are your prices listed in?
All Prices on our web site are listed in Australian Dollars. You can choose to change the currency prices are listed in when you are within the shop environment. Or you can use this currency conversion tool to work out how much an item is in your own currency.
How do you send your goods?
All of our lunar guides are sent electronically via email.
How long does it take you to send the item?
Items are usually sent the next day after ordering - sometimes quicker.
To speed up the despatch process we ask that you be on the lookout for an email correspondence from us. We may have a question to ask you about your order and the sooner you reply the faster we can ship your goods.
How do I pay?

We also accept Australian Cheques and Money Orders through the Post - to purchase our products offline - the simplest way is to complete all the buying steps - choose CHEQUE at the secure payment page and then our bank and postal details will appear at the receipt page. Then all you need to do is print a copy of your order, and send it to us.
We also accept direct deposit into our bank - again just proceed through the online buying process and our bank details will appear at the receipt page.
Do you give Refunds?
Yes- if you are unhappy with our products and return them to us we will issue a refund for the total cost excluding postage.
