I live with my husband and two sons (twelve and fourteen years old) in Northern New South Wales, Australia.
When I started menstruating after the birth of my second son, I decided I needed more information about my menses and my cycles. I started reading, researching and discovering a whole new way of looking at menstruating and the role it plays in being a woman. To see more about this click here
As I thought about the information and explored my relationship to my cycle and body, my attitude and perspective's changed in many positive ways. I felt that I needed to tell other women about the wonderful knowledge I had found.
I started the website 'The Feminine Principle' as a hobby about ten years ago. As I grew and developed so did the site, and in 1999 menstruation.com.au was born. Over the years it has gotten bigger reaching thousands of women each month.
I am a qualified Astrologer and Natural Fertility counsellor, having completed my training with Francesca Naish in early 1999.
